I called Matt on Monday to have a party for 75 people catered on Wednesday and he came thru with an amazing fresh hand battered perch fry, homemade coleslaw and french fries all cooked on site and served from the food truck to ensure everything was served at the perfect temperature.

"Matt Barnes did an outstanding job of catering our party! We had 86 guests for a birthday celebration. When I first contacted him about catering the party he patiently walked me through the process and helped me plan the menu which included 7-8 different hors d'oeuvres, both hot and cold. He prepared them at our party site and they were all absolutely delicious!! The presentation was fantastic! He transformed a simple table into a welcoming buffet of food. We received so many compliments on the food and would have him cater another party without hesitation. There was plenty of food for each guest and Matt kept the tables well stocked and inviting through the whole evening! His professionalism and his friendliness made him the perfect caterer for us!"
